ATTENDANCE

  1. Every student should put in at least 75 percent of attendance in an academic year falling which promotion will not be granted.
  2. In case of severe ill-health application for leave should be supported with a Medical Certificate from a qualified medical practitioner.
  3. Students suffering from contagious diseases should not attend the school. Medical Fitness Certificate should be produced at the time of resuming the classes.
  4. Students should not absent themselves from the school without a proper leave letter from the parents/guardians.

 

EXAMINATIONS–

 

  1. There shall be three terminal examinations and three Mid-term tests in the academic year.
  2. Students should attend all examinations.
  3. Continuous assessment of the student in all the examinations, tests and assignments shall be taken into account at the time of promotion.
  4. Students should secure a minimum of 40 percent in each subject.
  5. Re-examination shall not be conducted.
  6. Students not able to attend any of the examinations on the medical ground shall be considered for promotion on their previous performance.
  7. Production of Medical certificates does not guarantee a promotion.

 

ADMISSION-

 

  1. Registration for admission in different classes should be made in the prescribed form available in the school office.
  2. Date of Registration will appear in the school Notice Board.
  3. Admission tests for all classes other than nursery will be held as per notification. Dates will be notified on the school notice Board.
  4. Students not selected for a particular class may be granted admission in a lower class if seats are available.
  5. Ad mission depends on the number of seats available in a class.
  6. No one has right to demand on the admission by virtue of registration.
  7. Transfer cases in the middle of the academic session will be considered for admission only if seats are available.

 

TUITION FEES -

 

  1. The tuition fee shall be charged for all the twelve months. It should be paid on or before as follows:
  2. The last date for payment of term fee without fine is the 5th of the concerned month. A fine of Rs.2/- per day will be charged till the 10th of the concerned month.
  3. The last date for the payment of term fee with fine is 20th of the concerned month.
  4. In addition to tuition fees, other charges prescribed by the management should be paid at the time of admission and at the beginning of the academic year.
  5. The tuition fee should be paid in cash or cheque in the school counter.
  6. Failure to clear the fees dues before the last working day in a term shall lead to readmission fees equivalent to one term’s tuition fees.
  7. Exemption from the readmission fee shall not be entertained.
  8. Parents proceeding on leave due to unforeseen reasons may deposit the tuition fee of their children in advance.
  9. TUITION FEE AND OTHER CHARGES ONCE PAID SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED.
  10. Parents desirous of withdrawing their children should intimate the school one term in advance or one term fee in lieu thereof.
  11. Pupils joining or leaving during the middle of the term shall have to pay the fees for full term.
