Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure at DV Montessori School

We follow a systematic and simple registration and admission process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for both parents and students. Please review the steps for enrollment below:

1. Inquiry & Information

Parents are encouraged to visit the school office or browse our website to learn more about the courses, facilities, and admission requirements. You can collect the prospectus and admission form from the Admission Office for ₹200. Additionally, a registration fee of ₹1500 is applicable separately for each section:

• Pre-School: ₹1500
• Primary School: ₹1500
• Upper Primary School: ₹1500
• Higher Secondary School: ₹1500

Please note: The admission form fee and registration fee will not be counted toward the school academic fees and are non-refundable.

2. Application Form Submission

Once you’ve filled in the Registration Form, submit it to the Admissions Office along with the required attested photocopies of necessary documents. The Admissions Team will verify the documents before proceeding to the next steps.

3. Meeting with the Principal

After successful document verification, a meeting with the Principal will be arranged. Both parents must attend this meeting with the child. For higher grade admissions (Class 1 and above), a short academic assessment may be conducted to determine the student’s grade level.

4. Confirmation & Admission Fee Payment

Once the admission is confirmed, parents are required to complete the remaining admission-related formalities, including payment of the admission fees.

5. Orientation & Welcome

Following the completion of all admission formalities, parents and students will be invited to an orientation session. During this session, you will meet the faculty, receive important information about the school’s schedule, policies, and details about uniforms, books, and other essentials.

Documents Required for Admission

• Attested copy of the Birth Certificate (issued by the Municipal Committee)
• 4 passport-size photographs of the child
• Proof of residence
• Photographs of parents
• Previous year’s report card (if applicable)
• Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school, duly attested by the Regional Office/DEO
• Original certificates must be presented for verification during the admission process
