The world is changing at its’ fastest pace. Modernization and globalization has brought the world into one big family today. The biggest challenge for us, as educators, is to prepare our students as global citizens to welcome the inevitable change with confidence and integrity. This is only possible when education is a commitment of quality based learning that stimulates all parts of a child’s brain (cognitive, co native and assertive) equally. SJWS is a quality–driven school, where excellence is by virtue of human values and success is not just an intellectual winning, but through confidence in self.

Our students have a fantastic mix of belief and knowledge that sets them apart from any other nation on Earth yet their potentials has gone untapped because of subjugations and docile environment. Every channel appears blocked by some obstacle or the other. We must understand that now is the time when we shall realize that the trapped energies and suppressed initiatives need to be freed and properly harnessed. Is it easy enough to accomplish? Every problem carry the seed of solution what urgent need we have is to identify and start working on it. To start developing the conviction in ourselves and discard the thing that holds us back. What better approach can I undertake tan to tell my students that they can have anything that comprises a good life; health and education; freedom to pursue their goals and above all peace.

The educational journey of every child embarks on the wheels of his cultural ideologies, which shape his dreams and translate them into objectives. In the ethos of VIRTUE & KNOWLEDGE, SJWS School empowers its pupils in the global arena where innovation is the buzzword and technology is the tool. The digital classrooms amaze and solicit their curiosity, compelling them to create wonders. The mortar of learning enriches the students with rare depth & wisdom to discriminate decisively, assimilate the good and eschew the evil. Most of the rapid learning of very young children is tied to purpose and vision. Children learn to ride a bike because they want to play with their friends who have bike. They learn to drive because they want independence and mobility. They learn new skills because they want them.
